Director of Clinical Program Services

Salary:
$117,743 – $188,389
Under administrative direction, to plan, organize, direct, manage, and coordinate the Agency’s programs and services, including traditional clinical services and MHSA programs as well as other Agency mental health program activities to coordinate a comprehensive system of care that serves clients ranging from 5 years of age to older adults; and their families. To advise on all aspects of program development throughout the system of care including: diagnostic and treatment aspects of all clinical programs; prevention, research, and clinical aspects of non-clinical MHSA and other mental health program activities throughout the Agency; to evaluate existing program services and treatment methods to ensure their effectiveness; to identify and address staff training needs to appropriately support the system of care, and assist in securing funding and make recommendations on resource allocation. Perform other duties as required. The Director of Clinical Program Services is an executive management level class which is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the overall management of the administrative operations of Tri-City Mental Health Services.

As required by the California Code of Regulations and Tri-City Mental Health Services position requirements, which includes:

Option I: A doctorate degree in psychology and at least three years of clinical psychology experience, including two years of administrative experience.

Option II: A masters degree in social work, marriage and family counseling and at least five years mental health experience, including two years of administrative experience.

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Licensure is required.

Option I: A psychologist, licensed in California by the State Board of Medical Quality Assurance.

Option II: A clinical social worker, licensed in California by the State Board of Behavioral Science Examiners; OR a marriage family therapist, licensed in California by the State Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.

CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER I

SALARY:

$47,723-$ 63,330

Provide individual family and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families with moderate to severe mental illness. Conduct screenings, assessments, clinical case management, crisis intervention, client advocacy through attending school meeting or TDM. Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with other departments and/or outside agencies for the benefit of the client.

Masters required preferred in Clinical Psychology, Social work. ACSW/MFTI required;Licensed/Registered with BBS. One year experience preferred in Community mental health. Computer skills required in Word; Bilingual Spanish required.Knowledge of DMH documentation or Welligent a plus.

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

For Children and Family Services Outpatient

Salary:$65,335 - $104,000

COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER I

Part Time

Wellness Center

Salary: $11.42 -$14.84

Assess participants and family members to determine their need and problems to link them to suitable support groups and resources (link them to outside agencies, organizations or departments as appropriate). Carry out socializing/rehabilitation activities as assigned; be responsible to develop/implement a specific rehabilitation activity; function as a team member of the Daily Treatment millieu participating in all aspects of the center's programming (ie: recreation, social/daily living skills, education and training activities, clean up). May function as interim group leader or facilitator and transport participants as necessary or assigned. Perform crisis intervention counseling at a level not requiring licensure as a mental health professional. Ensure records are in compliance with federal, state, local and agency requlations for records including Health Insurance Portablitiy and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

BA preferred in Psychology, sociology or related field. 2 years experience preferred in Community Social service agency working with TAY. Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

This position reports the Workforce Education and Training Program Coordinator. Duties include outreach to community members and local schools and colleges to focus on iproving awareness and education regarding mental health in order to reduce stigma. Some public speaking is required; ability to work independently and understand data collection.

IT SPECIALIST II

Salary: $53,220 - $69,186

Mid-level IT position. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with software, desktop computers, printers, peripheral, desk phones, and cell phones. Assist staff members with any computer/network/phone issues. Track servce calls and report on a weekly basis the status of service. Collect and report on department wide metrics. Install computer hardware and set up phones. VOIP, network and server knowledge, website programming and concepts for internet and intranet sites. Switch, router, and server knowledge a plus. Applicatiions and database support and development. Vendor and contract experience. Act as a back up lead, as well as lead IT projects. Support the process and date of submission of metrics to state. Fundamental knowledge of digital photography. Set up audio visual equipment as needed. Participate and stay updated with electronic health record system support requests and upgrades. The ability to work independently, but also be a team member that supports the other team members, knows the importance of communication and completeness. Detail oriented and task focused. Organization, project and documentation skills. Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient health information.

BA/BS in Computer Information Services or equivalent. Several years experience in network support. Experience in application and database knowledge. Great customer service, great oral and written communication. Knowledge of portable digital equipment, tablets, cell phones, laptops, etc.

Provide all manner of mental health services including screening, assessment, individual/family group therapy clinical case management and crisis intervention to adults with severe and persistant mental illness in a community mental health outpatient setting. Work collaboratively with other mental heatlh disciplines and programs throughout the Agency.

MA/MEd/MSW/PsyD/PhD in Psychology, social work or related field. BBS or Board of Psychology registration required.

2 years experience required in Public/Community Mental Health
