Salary: $42,640.40 to $55,433.06 Annually
Under supervision, The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) will plan and provide a variety of rehabilitative support services to mentally ill and emotionally disturbed persons to attain, restore or improve individual physical, mental or emotional functioning. They will provide assistance to clinical staff and participate in group and individual support programs. In addition, the MHRS will serve as a participant advocate and provide case management services, as well as perform other duties as required. The MHRS will maintain records of all activates relating to clients’ care and must adhere to 70% billing compliancy.
**Tri City Mental Health Services does not pay for Relocation cost/fees. Non-Supervisor On-Call positions require you to live within a 30-minute commute from the agency.
**This position will not count for hours towards BBS Licensure
Associate’s degree and at least six years’ experience in a mental health setting in the areas of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
A Bachelor’s degree and at least two plus years’ experience in a mental health setting in the areas of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
A Master’s degree and at least two years’ experience in a mental health setting in the areas of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word. Must have Welligent and/or Electronic Health Record experience.
** Must be flexible, have unlimited patience, be a great team player and have exceptional customer services skills.
1-3 years of experience in the Mental Health Environment. Experience with Adult population, as well as able to work in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Bilingual in both Spanish/English is preferred; but not required.
