Salary: $55,051.28-$60,000.00 Annually
Under the direct supervision of the Quality Improvement Supervisor, the Quality Improvement Specialist will assist with tracking, monitoring, training and implementing quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with specified Agency, County, State and Federal policies, procedure, laws and regulations.
REQUIRED: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or related field and at least 3 years of experience working in compliance or quality assurance in a mental health or social service setting, OR six or more years of experience working in compliance and quality assurance that include: proficiency in Los Angeles Department of Mental Health (DMH) compliance standards, experience with audits and audit preparation. Experience training staff on DMH documentation policies and billing standards. Quality Improvement experience in relation to compliance and quality assurance: track, compile, evaluate and analyze data.
