Tri-City Mental Health, through grant funding from the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) project, is hosting a monthly student wellness series for parents, caregivers, supportive adults, teachers and youth. Join us on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm for valuable tips and resources on how adults can better support youth mental health.
In celebration of Green Ribbon Week, join us this month for a fun, family-friendly workshop to learn about mental health basics such as anxiety, depression and self-care. Connect with yourself, your family and nature in a guided mindfulness activity by our Therapeutic Community Garden, and explore easy ways to find calm in the midst of everyday stress. Food and refreshments will be provided. This event will be conducted in English and Spanish.

About the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA)
Tri-City Mental Health Authority, through the statewide Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) grant, is working to expand behavioral and mental health services for youth, young adults and their families in Claremont, Pomona, and La Verne. This funding is used to foster school-community partnerships, and provide psychoeducation for parents, supportive adults, teachers and youth.
