Community Resiliency Model (Free Community Training)
Thursday, March 14, 2024, 09:00am - 12:00pm

Join us virtually on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM for Community Resiliency Modelâ„¢ (CRM). Created by the Trauma Resource Institute, CRM skills can help restore the natural balance of the nervous system by focusing on sensations of well-being. You will learn CRM skills that anyone can use to respond to the impact of traumatic and stressful experiences. By understanding the biology of the human body and how it responds to stressful events, you can enhance your ability to adapt to change and keep going in the face of adversity.

This training is free and open to the general public parents, caregivers, youth-serving professionals such as K-12 school and higher education staff, and service providers who work with youth. Presented by the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) program.

About the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA)
