Free Webinar - Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
Tuesday, May 05, 2020, 11:00am - 12:00pm

Understanding how our life experiences impact our health

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and toxic stress have a direct impact on an individual’s health and wellbeing throughout their lifespan. As a person’s ACE score increases, so does their risk of disease, social and emotional problems.

In this webinar, participants will learn about the groundbreaking ACEs study’s findings and learn that although any childhood trauma and stress can have a negative impact, as a community we can create an environment of healing and resilience. Children and families can thrive and build healthy relationships, regardless of their ACE score. We will also highlight how COVID-19 is a new traumatic experience that can impact our overall health. This trauma could contribute to a new ACE score.

This webinar is free and open to all! You can register in advance for this webinar.
