About the Training

When you support mental health early, young people can focus on learning, growing and being their best — at school and in life. Gain the skills to recognize when a young person is facing mental health or substance use challenges — and the confidence to be their first source of support. In this full-day training, you’ll learn how to help young people ages 12 to 18. Topics include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-care, substance use, bullying and social media.
