Pursuant to California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (Paragraph 3), adopted as a response to mitigating the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Governing Board and Mental Health Commission (MHC) are authorized to hold its public meetings via teleconference and the public seeking to observe and to address the Governing Board and MHC may participate telephonically or otherwise electronically.

Therefore, this meeting will be held via teleconference. The locations from where the Board and MHC members are participating are not listed on the agenda and are not accessible to the public.
