Relaxing and Reducing Stress Through Creative Journaling (Live)

This live workshop will include exercises using an art therapy approach called Creative Journaling Expressive Arts. Creative Journaling can help to explore emotions in a safe way. It is also a technique for relaxation and stress reduction. Our guest, Elizabeth Preston M.A., has a studio in Claremont where new and experienced artists alike are able to learn and grow. Elizabeth has been serving the community for over 22 years.
