Pursuant to California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (Paragraph 3), adopted as a response to mitigating the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Governing Board is authorized to hold its public meetings via teleconference and the public seeking to observe and to address the Governing Board may participate telephonically or otherwise electronically. Therefore, this meeting will be held via teleconference. The locations from where the Commissioners are participating are not listed on the agenda and are not accessible to the public.
