Pursuant to California Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (Paragraph 3), adopted as a response to mitigating the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Mental Health Commission is authorized to hold its public meetings via teleconference and the public seeking to observe and to address the Mental Health Commission may participate telephonically or otherwise electronically.
