Thursday, April 20, 2023, 04:00pm - 04:30pm

Tri-City, through grant funding from the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA), is hosting a monthly student wellness series for parents, supportive adults, teachers and youth. Join us on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm for valuable tips and resources on how adults can better support youth mental health. These webinars are open to educators, service providers, parents, caregivers and the general public.

This month's topic is These Anxious Feelings. Learn about the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety. Attendees will identify potential anxiety triggers and learn coping skills youth can practice to manage and reduce anxiety. Attendees will also learn how to make stress balls with household items.
