¡Adelante! is an advisory council to Tri-City's Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Committee (CIDC) and the agency as a whole. Members have the opportunity to share their experiences and feedback on ways to improve services, increase cultural awareness and promote equity and inclusion. ¡Adelante! also aims to build relationships and engage with communities and local organizations to ensure that we are meeting the mental health needs of Latino and Hispanic individuals, families and communities in Pomona, La Verne and Claremont.

¡Adelante! es un Consejo Consultivo del Comité de Diversidad e Inclusion Cultural (CIDC por sus siglas en Inglés) de Tri-City y de toda la agencia en general. Los miembros tienen la oportunidad de compartir sus experiencias y comentarios sobre maneras de mejorar los servicios, aumentar la conciencia cultural y promover la igualdad y la inclusión. ¡Adelante! también tiene como objetivo construir relaciones y comprometerse con las comunidaes y organizaciones locales para garantizar que estamos satisfaciendo las necesidades de la salud mental de las personas, familias y comunidades Latinas e Hispanas en Pomona, La Verne y Claremont.
