Where local artists help bring people together through art.
We believe art brings people together and creates an inclusive space where differences can be respected and embraced. Aligned with this belief and Tri-City's stigma reduction efforts, Creative Minds provides a unique opportunity for local artists, both with and without a mental health condition, to display their work in a community setting.
To celebrate and empower the creative strengths of our community, we want to partner with professional and novice artists from Claremont, La Verne and Pomona area to showcase their art work. The Creative Minds art gallery welcomes artists of all ages and skill level. We exhibit art from residents, community members, high schools, colleges, as well as community art classes and clubs. There is no cost for submission and we accept a variety of mediums including painting, drawing, poetry, photography, digital art and sculpture.
The Creative Minds art showcase rotates every six months with a new art theme. Family, friends and community members are invited to a special reception during each showcase to honor the artists, view the art, and discover how art supports wellness and recovery.
