About the Presenters

Jed Leano
Jed Leano serves as Claremont City Councilmember, Vice Chair of the Tri-City Mental Health Governing Board, Chair of the San Gabriel Valley Regional Housing Trust Board, and Claremont’s representative to the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGV COG) Homelessness Committee. Jed also serves on the League of California Cities Housing Policy Committee and the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) Race Equity Committee.

Elizabeth Rentería, LCSW
Elizabeth Rentería, LCSW is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Social Work and currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Tri-City Mental Health. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor for Portland State University School of Social Work Distance Learning Program. Prior to working at Tri-City Mental Health, Elizabeth was the Clinical Program Manager for Comprehensive Care for Children, Youth and Families at Deschutes County Behavioral Health in Bend, Oregon. Elizabeth has presented at both local and national conferences on systems of care, mental health, equity and diversity, and program development topics.
