Join our weekly live webinars and community conversations for wellbeing support during COVID-19

Tri-City Mental Health recognizes how stressful the COVID-19 pandemic is for everyone. Now more than ever, it is important to foster a sense of community and meaningful connections with those around us. We are committed to helping local partners and people in our communities by providing supportive resources when they need it the most.

To support individuals and communities during this time, Tri-City Mental Health is hosting two weekly virtual series to address ways we can all maintain wellness and cultivate resilience. These live series are free and open to everyone.

Our Wellness Webinar series is offered in both English and Spanish on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. Each week, we highlight practical information, self-care strategies and trauma-informed practices to help anyone thrive – families, individuals, essential employees, and community organizations – amidst the challenges of this public health crisis. If you would like to schedule a webinar for your community or organization, please contact Chris Anzalone at cmht@tricitymhs.org.

Tri-City has also launched a live interactive discussion series called Community Connections. Join us every Thursday at 1:00 pm as we explore and share different ways we can all stay connected and mentally well during this period of physical distancing. For more information about Community Connections, please contact Jamie Ritchey at jrtichey@tricitymhs.org.

Visit News & Events or the updated Community Mental Health Trainings page for more information about upcoming virtual webinars and to view past recordings.
