Tri-City Mental Health Authority (TCMHA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to perform an audit of the basic Financial Statements of TCMHA for three fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, 2025, and 2026, with an option to extend for two more years. This Request for Proposals (RFP) for Audit Services is expected to result in a fixed price contract. All proposers shall meet the provisions, requirements and specifications listed in this Request for Proposal Document No. 2024-0601 and must be received by TCMHA as indicated in the Proposal Requirements.

Proposal Requirements

TIME AND MANNER OF SUBMISSION: Three (3) printed copies of the Proposal Packet must be submitted via U.S. Mail, Overnight, or Hand Delivery, and shall be received by TCMHA’s Administration Office no later than the Closing Time 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on June 17, 2024. Received Proposals will be time stamped. Proposals submitted via Hand Delivery, may be delivered Monday – Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (PST); excluding TCMHA holidays. Proposals delivered after the Closing Time will not be accepted. Proposal must be in a sealed envelope, and addressed as follows:
