Help us improve the health of our community!
Tri-City Mental Health Authority (TCMHA) is conducting a city-wide survey across Claremont, La Verne and Pomona to better understand the most important mental health and wellness needs of people living and working in the diverse communities we serve. This anonymous, 5-10 minute survey, available in English and Spanish will allow us to develop a deeper understanding of issues that relate to our community members' thoughts on quality and availability of services, and mental health to improve client and community services.
TCMHA is eager to hear feedback from our community, whose insights are crucial in evaluating programs, services and supports. The information collected will be vital for identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities within our mental health system. This survey is part of an ongoing effort to develop an effective strategy for enhancing our local mental health system, now and in the future, and is part of the MHSA Innovation Project, Community Planning Process.
