The final reports on the community stakeholder engagement process for Tri-City Mental Health Authority’s (Tri-City) recent grants — Crisis Care Mobile Units (CCMU) and Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) — are now available for public viewing.
From the start of the grants planning process, Tri-City reached out to the community and solicited its direct feedback on mental health and crisis care services, with particular focus on youth ages 25 and under. The agency partnered with consultant Octopod Solutions to compile the insight and experience from participating community members that would be used to inform and develop projects responsive to specific area needs and gaps. These two reports are the results of a months-long (March-June 2022) process coordinating with a variety of agency partners and facilitating multiple engagement sessions and focused conversations.
Tri-City and its grants partners continue to meet regularly to design and create corresponding project plans of implementation and action that incorporate these responses received from community members.
