Everyday Mental Health During COVID-19 (Free Webinar)

An ongoing Webinar series hosted by Tri-City Mental Health to help our communities through COVID-19. In this webinar, we will explore how everyday stressors impact our mental health and how COVID-19 has contributed to these everyday stressors. You will learn how to identify simple self-help tips to get you through your day.
