Dual Recovery: Balancing Sobriety & Wellness (Community Connections)
Thursday, July 09, 2020, 01:00pm - 02:00pm

Community Connections: Virtual Gathering, Conversation and Support
Please join us for an open conversation about dual recovery and ways to find balance in sobriety and mental health. We’ll talk about how to avoid common pitfalls, and explore ways to stay on track or get back on track on the road to recovery. This is a good discussion for friends, family and people in recovery.

Join the conversation live at https://bit.ly/tcmhcommunity.

For more information or if you would to share a topic for a future community discussion, please contact Jamie Ritchey at jritchey@tricitymhs.org. Visit our Community Mental Health Trainings page for a complete list of upcoming topics and past recordings.
