What is the Community Wellbeing Grant (CWB)? 

The Community Wellbeing Grant (CWB) providers monetary grants and technical assistance to help communities build their own capacity to strengthen the wellbeing of their members and the community as a whole. The CWB grant is for communities who work, serve and support 0-25 year olds in the cities of Pomona, La Verne and Claremont.

Family Wellbeing ProgramWe provide free programming to support and address the unique needs of children, youth and families as a whole, including groups and resources.

Transition Age Youth (TAY) Resource Center The TAY Resource Center is an inclusive, welcoming place for teens and young adults and offers a variety of free activities and services to enhance overall wellbeing.
