Wednesday, November 16, 2022, 03:30pm - 04:30pm

Join our monthly virtual meeting for Tri-City's Transition Age Youth (TAY) Wellness Advisory Council. This meeting is open to the public to participate.

The TAY Wellness Advisory Council is an advisory committee to Tri-City's Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Committee (CIDC) and the agency as a whole. It is open to consumers, families, community members, advocates, and representatives of local organizations and community groups. Members are encouraged to share their experiences, perspective and expertise to help respond to gaps in service and better meet the mental health needs of youth and young adults ages 16-25 in Pomona, La Verne and Claremont.

Tri-City Advisory Councils are intended to create a safe space for all community members to come together and engage in open dialogue, learning, and collective action around equity and inclusion.
