AAFWAC African American Family Wellness Advisory Council Virtual Meeting
Thursday, November 24, 2022, 10:30am - 11:30am

Join our monthly virtual meeting for Tri-City's African American Family Wellness Advisory Council (AAFWAC). This meeting is open to the public to participate.

The AAFWAC is an advisory committee to Tri-City's Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Committee (CIDC) and the agency as a whole. It is open to consumers, families, community members, advocates, and representatives of local organizations and community groups. Members are encouraged to share their experiences, perspective and expertise to help respond to gaps in service and better meet the mental health needs of Black and African American individuals, families and communities in Pomona, La Verne and Claremont.

Tri-City Advisory Councils are intended to create a safe space for all community members to come together and engage in open dialogue, learning, and collective action around equity and inclusion.
