This year's theme is Thrive in Mind

Green Ribbon Week (March 17-21, 2025) is the stigma reduction campaign for Tri-City Mental Health's ongoing mental health movement in Pomona, Claremont and La Verne. Established in 2015, Green Ribbon Week (GRW) continues the efforts to reduce mental health stigma and raise awareness of mental health needs and resources in our community.

#ThriveinMind is this year's Green Ribbon Week theme. We encourage everyone to take action during Green Ribbon Week and throughout the year to help improve mental wellness in our community. Join us for free community-wide activities and events, both in-person and virtually. We can reduce the silence, shame and negative attitudes surrounding mental health by talking opening about it, raising awareness and listening to others share their story. You can help promote open discussions about mental health and make it possible for the people you care about to get the support they need to improve their well-being.

Make a Digital Pledge

Sign to take a pledge and help reduce the stigma in our community and share how you #ThriveInMind. By signing, you are committing to fostering understanding, compassion, and support for mental health, while helping create a more open and inclusive environment for all. Be a part of the movement for positive change!
