Tri-City Mental Health is proud to announce the launch of its Mobile Crisis Care team, a transformative new program designed to bring mental health crisis support directly into the communities of Pomona, Claremont, and La Verne. Mobile Crisis Care is designed to meet individuals where they are—both physically and emotionally. The team provides person-centered, compassionate, and timely support for those experiencing a mental health crisis, with a focus on safety, dignity, and connection.
To celebrate this important milestone, Tri-City will host a Community Wellness Fair on Thursday, June 26, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Cathedral at the Union on Garey (350 N. Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91767). This free event is open to individuals and families of all ages.
